The title companies we work with are very professional, and they make it quick and easy to get you a check right then and there! Nope! We are successful investors because we are able to find mutually beneficial prices and terms for the seller and for Blue Bird. The fact is you would probably receive a higher price in a retail environment. However, most of the clients we buy houses from do not have retail-ready homes. The two main factors that determine what price we can offer are (1) the current housing market, and (2) the property’s condition. We look at information about similar properties in the neighborhood to estimate your property’s value. We then estimate the cost of repairs and updates needed to your house. We then factor in any additional costs such as property taxes, insurance, etc. That will give us the price we are able to offer.
